Summer Housekeeper in Bridgehampton
Full-Time Seasonal Housekeeper – Bridgehampton, NY - Must be able to commute daily
A private family in Bridgehampton is seeking a full-time, experienced Housekeeper for the summer season. This is a hands-on role, working alongside an existing House Manager/Housekeeper to ensure the residence is maintained to a high standard.
Schedule & Compensation:
- Full-time, 5 days per week
- $40–$45/hour, depending on experience
- Start: Mid–last week of May (flexible for the right candidate)
- Season: Family in residence from approximately June 7 through August 22–24
- Option to remain for an additional week post-season to assist with home turnover
Responsibilities:
- Daily housekeeping: cleaning, organizing, and maintaining all living spaces
- Laundry and linen care
- Making beds
- Maintaining cleanliness of kitchens, bathrooms, and common areas
- Assisting with deep cleaning and seasonal preparation
- Supporting the House Manager with overall household operations
Requirements:
- 5+ Years experience working in a private home
- Strong attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness
- Ability to work as part of a team and take direction well
- Discreet, professional, and proactive
- Comfortable in a fully staffed household environment
