Duties Description This position is in the Executive Offices of the NYS Office of Parks, Recreation & Historic Preservation. This position works as part of a team to provide sufficient office coverage and administrative support to the Commissioner and all Executive Staff.The position is responsible for day-to day operations of the office, including, but not limited to: - Scheduling meetings- Coordinating and processing Executive Office travel- Phone and electronic email monitoring.

Additional Comments Operating Needs:- The candidate for this position must work well under pressure, be a self-starter, maintain confidentiality, and possess excellent communication and organizational skills. - Experience with Microsoft Office applications and good typing/computer skills are required.- The ideal candidate should also be tech savvy and proficient with various virtual meeting platforms.
