The Role

We're looking for a Senior Product Leader to set the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Brij’s platform. You will drive the product forward across all dimensions—strategy, execution, go-to-market alignment, and user experience. As a key leadership hire, you’ll work directly with the CEO and CTO, collaborating cross-functionally with engineering, sales, marketing, customer success, and design to build and scale products that solve real problems for our customers.

You’ll lead with clarity, shape our product narrative, and ensure that every feature we ship drives measurable business value.

What You’ll Do

• Define and Own the Product Vision : Set the strategic direction for Brij’s platform, translating our mission and customer insights into a clear, compelling roadmap.
• Collaborate Across Teams : Partner with engineering, design, sales, and customer success to align on priorities and deliver high-impact features from concept to launch.
• Lead Discovery & Insights : Champion customer research and market analysis to uncover new opportunities and deeply understand user pain points.
• Drive Product Execution : Guide product development from planning through delivery, balancing speed and quality while maintaining a high bar for excellence.
• Shape Go-To-Market Strategy : Work closely with marketing and sales to ensure product positioning, messaging, and enablement materials are tightly aligned with what we build.
• Represent the Product : Be the internal and external evangelist for Brij’s product—on sales calls, in customer meetings, at events, and in strategic conversations.
• Foster a Culture of Product Thinking : Help instill strong product thinking and ownership across the team, championing user-centric and data-informed decision-making.
  
  

Who You Are

• 7+ years of experience in product management or product leadership roles, ideally at high-growth SaaS or B2B startups in the retail/e-commerce space.
• Proven ability to define a product vision and execute against it in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong business acumen with a customer-first mindset and an ability to bridge technical and non-technical audiences.
• Excellent communicator, storyteller, and cross-functional collaborator.
• Experience working directly with executive leadership, with a track record of influence and alignment across departments.
• High EQ with a leadership style that brings people together and motivates teams toward a common goal.
• A self-starter who thrives on ownership, action, and adaptability.
