Job Purpose:
As a Bilingual HR adjunct, you will be instrumental in providing administrative support to our Human Resources department and ensuring smooth workflow processes.
Bilingual HR adjunct Responsibilities:
»Be the initial point of contact between candidates and the company, scheduling interviews and covering inquiries about open positions.
»Greet and assist candidates, providing necessary employment applications and maintaining an updated candidate database.
»Support the onboarding process, presenting important safety and sexual harassment videos to new hires.
»Assist with administrative tasks, including filing, printing new hire packets, and managing drug test forms.
Bilingual HR adjunct expertise and Qualifications required
»Excellent communication expertise, including proficiency in Spanish and English.
»Administrative or HR practice is a plus, but not necessary.
»Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
»Collaborative team player who can work effectively under pressure.
» capability to maintain confidentiality and exhibit professionalism.
»Proficiency in computer expertise, especially MS Office applications.
