Product Management Professional

Identify, create, and design regulatory, accounting and tax related solutions using Bloomberg's proprietary analytics and industry-leading database. Focus on quality control and client support on existing and new product offerings. Build creative solutions for automated testing and data quality assurance to improve the quality of our products. Ensure the highest quality of products by implementing and performing dynamic quality control procedures. Work closely with product managers, and engineering team to develop and enhance new and existing regulatory product offerings by researching and analyzing market/regulatory data. Advise on complex regulatory interpretation on bank capital adequacy requirements and credit, market and liquidity risk management. Partner with sales in presenting and on-boarding regulatory solutions to our clients. Research potential new product offerings with a focus on creating actionable items for development. Stay up to date with evolving global regulations and be able to identify data opportunities and translate in product requirements. Participate in Bloomberg and industry events and help grow Bloomberg's profile as credible partner for regulatory data solutions. Job Requirements: Position requires a Bachelors degree or the foreign equivalent in Mathematics, Economics, Accounting, or related, followed by 5 years of experience in the job offered, as Data Analyst, Product Analyst, or related. Must have 1 year of experience in each of the following skills: Data management covering U.S. domestic and international Tax or MiFID regulation; Databases and analytical models such as Comdb2, S3, Apache Iceberg, or Trino; Python, SQL, VBA, or R; Quality control procedures; Automated testing and data quality assurance; Product management for developing regulatory data solutions; and Client Management including, Objection handling, answering client queries and fostering relationships with new and existing clients.
