- Contract Services such as switchboard operation at the Kansas City VA Hospital, Call Center operations at multiple locations including NY, and Office Supply Store operations at Little Rock, Arkansas, Air Force Base and Fort Leonard Wood in south central Missouri

- Quality Assurance
- Administrative
