Filter Technician- Syracuse (Syracuse)

The right candidate will be available to travel and stay overnight within this region up to two weeks (Monday night through Thursday night) per month.

As a BFC Solutions Filter Technician, you will replace air filters and perform basic HVAC maintenance primarily in rooftop air ventilation and HVAC systems for retail and commercial customers.

Job Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age to operate the company vehicle.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license and have a good driving record (subject to monthly review).
• Must live within 40 miles of the designated region.
• Must be comfortable and confident working at heights up to 40 feet above ground level and using extension ladders.
• Must weigh less than 275 pounds to meet ladder safety and weight limit requirements.
• Must be comfortable working outside in all weather conditions.
• Proven success working independently with remote supervision.
• Must be willing and able to work overtime as required.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 75 pounds
• Overnight travel may be required during peak times.

Preferred work experience includes any of or a combination of the following:

• Facility and/or grounds maintenance
• Construction
• HVAC
• Cable installation
• Route driving
• Roofing
