Lead Product Manager
ABOUT THE ROLE Peloton is seeking an experienced Lead Product Manager to define and execute the future of our commercial software and digital experiences for operators - commercial gym & health clubs owners alongside hotels, universities, and residential fitness facility managers. As a key driver for this major company priority, you will drive the product strategy and lifecycle building experiences to monitor, manage and customize our equipment & software. You will define innovative solutions in support of both commercial operators & exercisers needs to improve operator NPS and raise the quality bar for operator tools. As a Lead PM on the Commercial Software team, you will bridge the gap between high-level strategy and technical execution, acting as an autonomous strategic lead and a hands-on builder. You will take on complex, ambiguous problems - making tough calls to ensure you balance building the right user experience with impacting business outcomes. You will report to a Director of Product Management and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver a world-class, connected experience in commercial fitness environments. YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTON Be a thought leader across the company for your domain. Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy, owning & driving core metrics including operator NPS, 0-90 day issue rate, and customer support cost reduction Partner with Customer Support, Service & Installation Teams, Engineering, Hardware, Research, Analytics & Design to deliver holistic user experiences with both the operator and exerciser in mind Drive alignment across the organization, get leadership on board with key strategic decisions while communicating clearly & concisely to keep cross-functional partners informed and inspired Dive deep into user data, user research, testing, and competitive analysis to identify opportunities, define success metrics, and design product experiments Manage the full product lifecycle from concept to launch, translating user and business needs into requirements and clear success criteria. Leverage AI every step of the way to experiment quickly and increase efficiency - including building and testing prototypes using our internal tools Empower the team to deliver smart, software solutions - balancing product innovation with long-term scale YOU BRING TO PELOTON 6+ years of Product Management experience with at least 2 years spent building commercial and/or B2B software experiences Self-starter ready to come up with creative solutions to complex, ambiguous problems for both operators and exercisers Comfortable working scrappy - experienced building & iterating their own prototypes and engaging directly with customers to pressure test ideas & bring them to life Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with proven experience using data to ground roadmaps and product decisions Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with a demonstrated ability to work autonomously and lead initiatives in a highly collaborative environment Highly collaborative, open to giving and receiving constructive feedback, with a strong attention to detail and a bias for action BONUS Experience in health and fitness Experience building integrated hardware & software Experience in consumer subscription models and driving growth through subscription-based features #LI-KN1#LI-Hybrid The base salary range represents the low and high end of the anticipated salary range for this position based at our New York City headquarters. The actual base salary offered for this position will depend on numerous factors including, without limitation, experience and business objectives and if the location for the job changes.
