Marketing Graphic Designer (LVCK Studio)

BBB is hiring enthusiastic graphic design professionals to join its multi-disciplinary NY office, Graphic Design LVCK Studio.
Our ideal candidate will collaborate with marketing staff to create visual communications in support of firmwide business development, including proposals, brochures, presentations, award submissions, and online collateral (social media posts, emailers, web content, etc.). The Marketing Graphic Designer will be an integral Graphic Design LVCK Studio member, which collaborates with project teams across BBB's multiple sectors and services.
The Marketing Graphic Designer will function as a part of the LVCK Graphic Design Studio and work with Marketing to convey the firm's mission and brand effectively and attractively and to manage graphics workflow.
In addition to working locally with a broad and diverse group of professionals at all stages of career development, new hires will collaborate virtually with BBB design professionals in the Boston and Washington DC offices. All BBB employees, including new hires, can participate in staff initiatives that advance professional skills, connect staff outside the realm of project work, and promote environmental and social well-being values.
This Marketing Graphic Designer role incorporates several responsibilities.
- Extend the BBB brand and corporate identity standards for graphic excellence using both templated and bespoke approaches to graphic design.
- Work closely and iteratively with the firm's leadership and technical staff participating in marketing and business development efforts.
- Collaborate in a team environment with the Graphic Design Studio and marketing staff; actively participate in work plans to achieve short- and long-term deadlines.
- Help create, refine, and maintain marketing graphic standards, templates, and resources.

- Familiarity/interest in the work, mission, and culture of the firm
- A compelling portfolio of publication/layout design projects executed by you
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design.
- 5+ years of graphic design experience creating publication/layout design.
- Demonstrable aesthetic sensibility and graphic design skills with a strong command of typography
- Knowledge of marketing, production, and corporate identity.
- Understanding of photographic composition and editorial sensibility
- High-level proficiency with required digital tools: Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator)
This is a full-time position with excellent benefits. The salary is commensurate with experience and ability ranging between $60,000 and $72,000 per annum, excluding bonuses and other benefits.
