Position Overview We are seeking a reliable, experienced Maintenance Technician to ensure our operations run safely and efficiently. The ideal candidate will possess the aptitude and technical skill set required to support, maintain, and enhance our teams capabilities. Key Responsibilities Complete daily equipment and system startup and/or shutdown tasks Execute assigned daily/weekly/monthly/annual preventative maintenance procedures Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and dust collection systems Maintain and repair facility electrical, plumbing, HVAC, boiler, sprinkler and lighting systems Assist in maintaining parts inventory Perform groundskeeping duties including but not limited to snow and trash removal Operate forklifts, aerial lifts, tractors and other motorized equipment Adhere to all safety protocols, working both independently and with others as required Qualifications & Requirements Valid drivers license Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience Self-motivation and ability to perform in a high-production industrial environment Strong mechanical skills and with a basic knowledge of electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, vacuum systems and troubleshooting methods Welding/cutting/fabricating, and/or machining skills a plus Why Join CCW? Pay Range: $20-$28 per hour depending on experience. Opportunities for advancement and increased compensation based on performance and responsibilities.
