The DOB Licensed Site Safety Manager plays a critical role in ensuring safety and compliance at construction sites. This position involves managing and overseeing safety standards, conducting thorough risk assessments, performing site inspections, and identifying potential hazards to maintain a secure working environment.
Responsibilities
- Ensure safety compliance with DOB regulations and standards
- Conduct comprehensive risk assessments on-site
- Perform regular site inspections to identify hazards
- Develop and implement hazard mitigation strategies
Required Qualifications
- DOB Site Safety Manager Certification
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in construction site safety management
