Lead Pasta Cook / Senior Line Cook

Sesamo is an ambitious Italian-Asian fusion restaurant looking for an experienced Lead Pasta Cook / Senior Line Cook to join our team.
This is primarily a pasta and hot line position . The ideal candidate should be comfortable working multiple stations and cooking on commercial electric cooktops .
ResponsibilitiesLead service on the pasta and hot line
Cook seafood, fish, poultry, and other proteins
Prepare sauces, pastas, vegetables, and garnishes
Maintain consistency, organization, and speed during service
Support garde manger and brunch service when needed
Assist with daily prep and station organization
Help train and support junior cooks
Maintain a clean and professional workstation
5+ years of professional cooking experience preferred
Strong pasta and hot line experience
Comfortable using commercial electric cooktops
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Able to handle multiple tickets and pans simultaneously
Brunch experience is a plus
English and Spanish preferred

Sesamo, restaurante de fusión italiana y asiática, busca un Cocinero Líder de Pastas / Cocinero de Línea Senior con experiencia para unirse a nuestro equipo.
Este puesto se enfoca principalmente en las estaciones de pastas y línea caliente . El candidato ideal debe sentirse cómodo trabajando en varias estaciones y cocinando con estufas eléctricas comerciales .
Responsabilidades
Liderar el servicio de pasta y línea caliente
Cocinar pescados, mariscos, aves y otras proteínas
Preparar salsas, pastas, vegetales y guarniciones
Mantener organización, rapidez y consistencia durante el servicio
Apoyar la estación fría y brunch cuando sea necesario
Ayudar con la preparación diaria y organización de la cocina
Entrenar y apoyar a cocineros junior
Mantener una estación limpia y profesional
Requisitos
Preferiblemente 5+ años de experiencia profesional
Experiencia sólida en pasta y línea caliente
Experiencia trabajando con estufas eléctricas comerciales
Organizado y capaz de trabajar bajo presión
Capacidad para manejar múltiples órdenes al mismo tiempo
Experiencia en brunch es una ventaja
Inglés y español preferidos
