Are you a reliable and dedicated cook who takes pride in a job well done? We are looking for a dependable Fryer/Line Cook to join our kitchen team.
In this role, you'll be responsible for preparing and cooking food on the line, with a primary focus on using and maintaining our fryer station. Your reliability is key to our success. You must be able to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high standards for food quality and safety.
We're looking for someone with a strong work ethic and excellent employment and attendance record who shows up on time and is ready to contribute. Nights and weekends are required however there are no early morning or late-night hours.

In this role, you'll be responsible for:
Prepping like a pro: Portioning, chopping, and prepping ingredients according to recipes.
Maintaining and cleaning fryer station and ovens. Cooking menu items to order, ensuring quality and consistency. The plating pro: Assembling and presenting dishes with an eye for detail. Keeping it clean: Maintaining a clean and organized workstation throughout your shift. Communication is key: Working effectively with fellow cooks and staff to ensure smooth service. To thrive here, you'll need:At least 2 years experience in a kitchen environment or culinary training.
Ability to stand, bend, walk for long periods, able to lift 50lbs. A strong understanding of safe food handling practices. Prefer safe food handling certified candidates. Uncertified candidates will be required to obtain certification if hired. The ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent time management, and organizational skills. Exceptional work attendance record is required! Reliability, honesty, and integrity is a must. A positive attitude and a willingness to learn. We offer:Competitive pay.
