What’s the Role?

At Bloomberg Finance we are committed to providing world-class support to our business partners by providing insight on business performance, financial oversight and thought leadership.

The SAP BW Team Lead is responsible for leading the BW team to successfully design and support the backend of BW data extraction, transformation, data loads and frontend reporting using SAC and AO, along with future transition of BW data flows into Datasphere with SAC frontend in a new Business Data Cloud (BDC) environment.

We'll Trust You To

• Lead the BW team to implement projects, enhancements and fix production issues
• Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Mentor and grow team members around new technologies and processes
• Work with business owners to gather the requirements
• Build and maintain the BW backend architecture
• Extract, load and transform master and transactional data to BW
• Have experience with FI-GL data sources and reporting
• Have experience with HANA Modeling including CDS Views
• Have experience with ABAP to create transformation routines, customer exits, extraction logic
• Have hands on experience with Datasphere design, modeling, data transformation and loads
• Create BEx queries and have significant experience with Analysis for Office
• Develop advanced SAC stories with scripting
• Develop SAC Models
• Have experience with SAC Planning

You’ll Need To Have

• Minimum 10 years of SAP BW experience
• Minimum 5 years of SAP AO experience
• Minimum 3 years of SAC experience
• Minimum 2 years of SAP Datasphere experience
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or related technology field

We'd Love To See

• Experience with BPC, EPM, Webi
• Experience writing both functional and technical documentation
• Adherence to IT/SAP project methodologies, and change control processes

Salary Range = 195000 - 245000 USD Annually + Benefits + Bonus

The referenced salary range is based on the Company's good faith belief at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as geographic location, work experience, market conditions, education/training and skill level.
