Senior Account Manager Paid Social

We're seeking two Senior Account Managers-one based in Los Angeles and one in New York-for a hybrid role (4 days onsite). This is a 12+ month contract with a leading tech company.Core Responsibilities: * Support sales teams by bridging gaps in account management and campaign execution. * Campaign Performance Analysis: Analyze raw data from Ads Manager and Excel; build pivot tables, identify top-performing KPIs, and recommend optimizations. * Drive upselling opportunities, proactive pitches, and strategic budget allocation. * Collaborate with Marketing Science, Creative Strategy, and PMM teams. * Develop client-ready decks, case studies, and product update materials. * Advise on best practices for Snap products and advertising performance.Required Skills & Experience: * 5+ years in paid social (agency or platform experience preferred). * 3+ years full-funnel experience (upper, mid, lower funnel). * Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables), Keynote, and PowerPoint. * Strong analytical skills with large datasets; ability to extract actionable insights. * Deep understanding of KPIs across the funnel, pixel-based campaigns, and CAPI.Preferred Background: * Paid social experience at major agencies (Omnicom, GroupM, Publicis, Zenith) or platforms (Meta, Pinterest, Twitter, Reddit). * Hands-on experience with Snapchat Ads Manager.In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data.
