Line Cook
i Cavallini is the sister restaurant to The Four Horsemen, one of the most celebrated restaurants in the United States. We serve highly seasonal Italian inspired fare utilizing some of the best ingredients available in NYC.
Our commitment to quality and passion for exceptional dining experiences have already earned us a fair amount of praise amongst critics and peers, but our goal is to ascend the ranks of the cities best restaurants to become as iconic and destination worthy as The Four Horsemen. We are now seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Line Cook to contribute to our kitchen team and to work alongside Chef Nick Curtola in pursuing this goal.
A qualified Line Cook must work well with others, have a sense of urgency, and enjoy preparing thoughtfully created food. We emphasize a collaborative working environment that allows our whole team to grow and learn.
The position requires at least 3 years of kitchen experience. A culinary training degree and Michelin starred restaurant experience are preferred but not required.Position Overview
