Role Overview:
As Vice President of Strategic Initiatives, you will work closely with the President to drive high-priority projects, support executive decision-making, and lead key operational initiatives. This position requires a strategic mindset, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to manage complex projects across different teams.

You will have the opportunity to work directly with C-suite executives and play a critical role in shaping the company's influencer marketing strategy. Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the President to drive and implement strategic initiatives across the organization
Lead complex, cross-functional projects that require coordination between different teams
Analyze data and insights to develop compelling presentations and strategic recommendations
Serve as a primary point of contact for key client partners
Support the VP of Strategy and Analytics in delivering strategic analyses and presentations
Assist in executive decision-making by synthesizing complex information and presenting clear insights
Manage high-priority projects and handle time-sensitive requests
Drive operational excellence by optimizing key business processes
Qualifications:

12-15 years of experience in consulting, strategy, or similar roles
Proven track record of leading strategic initiatives within global organizations
Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills
Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and data visualization tools
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience working with C-suite executives and managing complex stakeholder relationships
Ability to execute strategic initiatives independently without direct authority
Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
