Danny’s Chinese Kitchen is a busy, fast-paced Chinese food restaurant known for our friendly service and delicious, freshly prepared dishes. We are currently looking for a reliable and customer-focused Counter Workers to join our team.
Job Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service
- Take orders accurately in person and over the phone
- Operate POS, handle cash, and card transactions
- Pack and organize takeout orders
- Maintain cleanliness of the front counter, dining area, and bathroom
- Communicate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order preparation
- Assist with light food prep as needed
- Complete side work and other tasks each shift
- Follow all health and safety guidelines
Qualifications
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Friendly, positive attitude and a willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable and punctual
- Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
