**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Personal Assistant with a minimum of 2 years experience to support the owner of Brooklyn Braised Events. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing calendars, and handling various administrative tasks. This role is perfect for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and have excellent communication skills.
**Responsibilities:**
- Provide customer service to clients and guests in a professional and friendly manner.
- Greet and direct visitors to the correct person or department.
- Manage and maintain accurate records and data entry.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars using computer literacy.
- Handle phone calls and respond to emails in a timely and efficient manner.
- Assist with front desk duties, including answering phones, responding to inquiries, and performing administrative tasks.
- Assist with special projects and events as needed.
**Experience:**
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role or administrative capacity.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Experience with computer systems, including phone systems and calendar management.
- Familiarity Canva and Adobe
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field is an asset.
**Skills:**
- Experience with Google Suite, Canva, Squarespace, Adobe
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Experience as a clerk or in an administrative role.
- Proficiency with front desk and customer service software.
- Strong computer literacy and experience with calendar management.
- Comfortable with phone systems and ability to respond to emails and phone calls efficiently.
- Strong administrative skills, including office management.
- Ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems quickly.
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 - 20 per week
