This is your opportunity to assist elderly and disabled individuals in leading enriched, self-directed lives while actively engaging with their communities.
Key Responsibilities:
Empower Lives: Assist clients with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and well-being at every step.
Effective Communication: Share updates and care results with family members and stakeholders to foster a supportive and collaborative environment.
Collaborate for Success: Work closely with clients and their families to identify personalized care solutions that promote independence and enhance quality of life.
Create Safe Spaces: Maintain a healthy and safe living environment, ensuring the health, safety, and welfare of all individuals in your care.
Follow Treatment Plans: Implement and adhere to established treatment plans to provide the best possible support tailored to each individual’s needs.
Transportation Support: Assist clients in getting to appointments and other locations (e.g., hospitals, doctor’s offices) using agency vehicles.
Confidentiality Matters: Uphold confidentiality and respect for all individuals and families, fostering trust in the care provided.
Requirements:
Education: High School diploma or GED required.
Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
Driver’s License: Preferred but not mandatory.
Physical Ability: Capable of safely assisting in lifting individuals of various weights and handling items up to 20 lbs.
Skills: Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills are essential.
Rate of Pay: $16 - $17 Hourly
(Part-Time & Full-Time Positions Available)
