Product Liability Associate Attorney

The Position
Wilson Elser's White Plains office is currently seeking a Product Liability Associate Attorney. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, eager to take on increased and substantial responsibility in defense litigation, with a focus on product liability matters.
Responsibilities
- Proactively manage a litigation caseload, including matters pending in jurisdictions nationwide, under the supervision and guidance of senior attorney.
- Collaborate closely with other attorneys and Partners on complex litigation and regulatory matters.
- Communicate directly with clients and provide regular status reports and strategic guidance.
Qualifications
- JD from an accredited law school
- Admitted to practice in the State of New York
- 1+ year of litigation experience
- Product Liability experience preferred
- Experience or strong interest in regulatory compliance matters
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Demonstrated legal project management and case coordination experience
