We are seeking an experienced and tech-savvy HR Manager to take full ownership of the Human Resources department for our ABA therapy company. This role oversees HR compliance, onboarding/offboarding, employee relations, and leads a team of two (a supervisor and an onboarding specialist). The HR Manager will be instrumental in building structure, implementing SOPs, and fostering a supportive workplace culture.

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor a team

• Tech-savvy and experienced with HR software systems

• Self-starter with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities

• Warm, approachable, and culturally sensitive in employee interactions

• Hands-on and proactive in creating efficient HR processes

• Lead and oversee all HR functions, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations

• Manage employee onboarding, offboarding, and personnel records

• Develop and implement SOPs to streamline HR operations

• Provide guidance on employee relations and conflict resolution

• Supervise, support, and mentor the HR Supervisor and Onboarding Specialist

• Partner with leadership to align HR strategies with organizational goals

• Proven HR management experience (minimum 4–6 years preferred)

• Proficiency in HR software and digital tools

• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills

• Strong communication, judgment, and problem-solving abilities

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment
