Position Overview
As a Product Marketing Manager at our parent company, Bullish (NYSE: BLSH), you'll be at the forefront of defining and executing the go-to-market strategy for our suite of institutional-grade digital asset products, including the Bullish Exchange, CoinDesk Indices, and CoinDesk Data. You'll be the crucial link between product development, marketing, and sales, ensuring our value proposition is clearly and compellingly communicated to institutional investors, financial institutions, and the broader digital asset community. This role requires a deep understanding of the financial services and cryptocurrency markets, along with a passion for building and telling a product's story.
Responsibilities
- Market & Competitive Intelligence: Become the internal expert on our target customers, their needs, and their pain points. Conduct ongoing market research and competitive analysis to understand the digital asset landscape and identify opportunities for differentiation.
- Go-to-Market Strategy: Own the end-to-end go-to-market plan for new products and feature launches. This includes developing a comprehensive strategy that outlines positioning, messaging, pricing, and launch activities.
- Product Positioning & Messaging: Craft compelling, audience-specific product positioning and messaging that highlights our unique value proposition and resonates with our target personas.
- Content & Collateral Creation: Develop a range of marketing assets and sales enablement materials, such as white papers, case studies, product videos, data sheets, and website copy, to support the sales and marketing teams.
- Sales Enablement: Train and equip the sales team with the knowledge and tools they need to effectively articulate our product's value and close deals.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product management, engineering, design, sales, and senior leadership to influence product roadmaps, ensure alignment on key initiatives, and drive business growth.
- Performance Analysis: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for product launches and marketing campaigns, using data to measure success and inform future strategies.
- Leadership: Act as a strategic advisor to product and executive leadership by providing insights that influence roadmap prioritization and market entry decisions.
Experience & Qualifications
- Proven experience in a product marketing role and go-to-market executions, preferably within the financial technology (FinTech), capital markets, or digital assets industries.
- A solid understanding of the cryptocurrency, blockchain, and traditional financial markets, as well as a familiarity with institutional-level products and services.
- Exceptional ability to think strategically and translate complex product features into clear, benefit-driven messaging.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tell a compelling story and present to diverse internal and external audiences.
- A highly collaborative and team-oriented mindset with the ability to influence and work effectively across departments.
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Bullish US LLC & CoinDesk Inc. are committed to offering competitive compensation and benefits. The anticipated base salary for this position is $175,000 - $210,000 + discretionary annual target bonus + performance incentives/benefits. Offered salary will be reflective of job related knowledge, skills and commensurate experience.
