EDMS / Project Support Administrator

Kforce has a client in NYC that is seeking an EDMS/Project Support Administrator. Summary: The ideal candidate will have an IT/administrative support background coupled with a strong business analyst mindset, rather than a traditional project management focus. This role requires a program-level administrative support function supporting AForma, SAP S/4HANA, DealPath, and future business systems as they are introduced. The ideal candidate is a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who is tool agnostic, adaptable to changing priorities, and comfortable supporting a variety of stakeholders across global teams. This individual will serve as a central resource for system administration, user support, document control, reporting, training coordination, and project administration activities. This role requires someone who can balance administrative execution with stakeholder engagement, training support, and continuous process improvement. Key areas of experience include:

• Documentation creation and management
• Template development
• Training and onboarding support
• File structure, governance, and standards development
• Process identification and documentation within new systems
• Demonstrated flexibility across various tools and technologies

Support administration across multiple enterprise systems and platforms, including: * AForma (Autodesk ACC)

* SAP S/4HANA

• DealPath
• Future OEX-managed tools and platforms
• Manage user access requests, onboarding, offboarding, and permissions
• Coordinate with IT and business stakeholders regarding access issues
• Monitor license utilization and user adoption trends
• Maintain templates, standards, governance documentation, and system guidance materials
• Support ticket resolution and Tier 1 user inquiries
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate support teams
• Ensure consistency and compliance across systems and processes
• Experience supporting multiple software platforms or enterprise applications
• Experience supporting high-volume requests across multiple stakeholders
• Experience creating reports, dashboards, trackers, and executive-ready documentation
• Experience with EDMS platforms and enterprise business systems
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent customer service and stakeholder management abilities
• Comfortable interacting with technical and non-technical users
• Ability to support training and user adoption initiatives
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

2-5 years of experience in:

• Project Administration
• PMO Support
• EDMS Administration
• Operations Support
• Project Coordination
• Business Systems Administration
• SharePoint or similar collaboration platforms

Strong experience managing:

• User access
• Permissions
• Onboarding/offboarding activities
• Document control processes

Preferred:

• Experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC/AForma)
• Experience with Procore, Windchill, SharePoint, OpenText, or similar EDMS platforms
• Exposure to SAP S/4HANA, DealPath, or enterprise transformation initiatives
• Experience supporting large-scale software or process rollouts
• Construction, engineering, infrastructure, or data center industry experience
• Experience supporting global teams and stakeholders
• Train-the-trainer or end-user enablement experience
• PMO or project management support background
