We are seeking an experienced General Dentist to provide emergency dental services on a flexible independent contractor basis in New York . This is an excellent opportunity for a dentist who enjoys treating urgent dental conditions while maintaining full control over their schedule.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients presenting with dental emergencies

• Diagnose and treat conditions such as tooth pain, infections, trauma, broken teeth, and abscesses

• Perform procedures including extractions, temporary restorations, emergency root canal treatment, and pain management

• Provide clear treatment recommendations and coordinate follow-up care when necessary

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records

• Work collaboratively with clinical staff to ensure efficient patient care

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school

• Active New York dental license

• Ability to diagnose and treat urgent and emergency dental conditions

• Experience with extractions and emergency procedures preferred

• Strong clinical judgment and patient communication skills

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
