Credit risk monitoring administrator
Credit Agricole America Services Inc. seeks Counterparty and Credit Risk Monitoring Administrator in New York, NY responsible for the data quality of key parameters to ensure accurate risk-weighted assets (RWA) computation (Rating, PD, LGD, Maturity) under the IRBA approach. Management of commitment and refinancing transaction structures and parameters to ensure the appropriate RWA computation. Perform full calculation of RWA for transactions for which the structure cannot be managed downstream by the RWA engine. Perform reconciliation of transactions between Local Transactional Database (ICTD) and Central Transactional Database (SDP) as well as between local accounting and risk data. Responsible of various reporting requirements under the Enhanced Prudential Standard for any US Covered Entity, including the production of multiple analysis related to Credit Risk for the US Risk Committee. Involved in all projects that impact the flow of information to the Head Office (HO) Risk System (BO system upgrades, enhancements, enhancing the data quality of information to HO, new activities, etc.) to ensure that they flow into all risk systems correctly, including all specifications and user acceptance testing. Responsible for reporting on counterparties with overdue ratings (where rating review has not been reviewed in more than l year). Responsible for capturing all defaulted loans' recovery and write off details/ cash flows in the historical database used to calibrate and Back test of parameters used in regulatory RWA computation. Analyze the Legal Documentation Checklist or Lawyers Index to ensure the proper structure for the reception of all required legal documents and the Validation of the structure in the Legal Database. Perform independent analysis of the Legal Documentation and ensure the certification has been performed. Maintain accurate controls and Report Anomalies for all Certification Control Breaches Responsible for controlling all anomalies that arose from expired collateral, guarantees and letter of credit renewals. Remote work permitted up to 2 days per week.REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance or a related field and 3 years of experience in the job offered or related role. Employer will accept 3 years of academic studies towards a U.S. Bachelor's degree plus 3 years of work experience in meeting the bachelor's degree requirements. Must have three (3) years of experience with all of the following: performing RWA computation under the IRBA approach; performing IFRS9 computation; working with covenants and mitigants; reviewing and analyzing legal documents, including loan agreements, repurchase agreements, guarantee documents, security packages, and promissory notices; reviewing credit request and approval documents and databases; performing a reconciliation of risk transactions against accounting transactions and identifying differences to be investigated; working with financing transactions anomaly monitoring systems; working with IT systems that show all global limits and utilization; working with financial database systems that house global transaction data, client information including RWA, utilization, and mitigants; using a counterparty referential database; and working at a branch or subsidiary of a foreign bank.SALARY: $118,248 - $122,000/year.TO APPLY: Send resume to [email protected] and reference code 18543.00351.
