Willet's Corner is a bistro and bar on the Upper West Side serving seasonal American fare using fresh, locally sourced ingredients.
About the Role/Qualifications:
Willet's Corner is looking for an experienced, well rounded Server/Bartender who has following skills:
- 2 years + serving at casual / upscale dining environment
- Strong Knowledge of Product (Liquor, Wine, Beer and Food) and knowledge of health and safety regulations, including allergy protocols.
- Proper Wine Service
- High Volume Experience a big plus
- Proactively suggest additional menu items, appetizers, desserts, or beverages to enhance the dining experience.
- Encourage guests to indulge in premium offerings and personalized enhancements to their meals.
- Strong work ethic and timeliness is a must
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and multitask under pressure.
- An engaging and welcoming personality
