Temporary Attorney — Commercial Finance (NYC, NY)
A well-established midsized law firm in midtown is seeking a temporary attorney with 10+ years of experience for a 3 to 6 month engagement to join its Commercial Finance Practice Group in its New York City office. The ideal candidate will have experience representing lenders and/or borrowers in commercial finance transactions, covering both C&I and real estate financing.

Requirements:
- 10+ years of relevant commercial finance experience
- Strong academic credentials and excellent drafting skills
- Ability to manage matters in a fast-paced practice
- Admission to the New York Bar
- Capacity to meet a minimum billable expectation of 150 hours per month
