Associate Product Manager - Marketing Operations
StubHub is seeking a driven, data-fluent and user-obsessed Associate Product Manager to join the Consumer Experience team and be a part of the engine driving event discovery for fans across the world. You will own the execution and scaling of features and campaigns that connect millions of fans to live events globally. Location: Hybrid (3 days in office / 2 days remote) - New York, NY or Century City, CA
About the Team:
The Consumer Experience (CX) team is responsible for the end-to-end product experience for fans looking to discover, buy, and sell tickets to their favorite live events through our web and mobile platforms. It sits at the forefront of fulfilling StubHub's mission to become the global destination for accessing live event experiences by crafting the product experience that millions of fans over 60 regions and 30 languages interact with every day. We are obsessed with understanding our users' needs and delivering feature innovations, both short-term and long-term, that are as effective as they are enjoyable.

What You'll Do:
- Own the execution, scaling, and continuous improvement of marketing workflows and operational processes, partnering closely with product, engineering, and marketing teams.
- Analyze campaign performance, experimentation results, and marketing data to surface insights and recommendations that inform product and marketing decisions.
- Manage marketing data integrity, reporting frameworks, and key performance indicators that enable teams to measure impact and performance.
- Identify and drive opportunities to build tools, automate workflows, and improve processes that increase scale, efficiency, and reliability.
- Develop deep fluency in the underlying architecture, codebase, and technologies that power StubHub's messaging and marketing platforms.
What You've Done:
- You are a new college graduate or have less than two years of experience in ad operations, marketing operations, marketing technology, or a related field.
- You're an extraordinary teammate with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- You're a self-starter with a bias for action and a willingness to learn by doing.
- You communicate clearly and confidently in both written and verbal settings, and can present insights to technical and non-technical audiences using data.
- You're curious about systems, tools, and automation, and are excited to explore and adopt emerging technologies, including AI-powered solutions, to improve efficiency and solve meaningful problems.
- You have experience using data analytics and reporting tools to analyze performance and inform decisions.

The anticipated gross base pay range is below for this role. Actual compensation will vary depending on factors such as a candidate's qualifications, skills, experience, and competencies. Base annual salary is one component of StubHub's total compensation and competitive benefits package, which includes equity, 401(k), paid time off, paid parental leave, and comprehensive health benefits.
Salary Range
$120,000-$140,000 USD
