PR Account Supervisor
Brilliant PR & Marketing, one of the most respected and rapidly growing agencies focused on family-oriented brands, seeks a Full-time PR Account Supervisor to help support the agency’s growing, award-winning earned influencer, media and brand campaign team.

- 8–10 years of experience leading earned media and influencer campaigns for CPG brands, with a proven track record of success.
- Comprehensive understanding of earned media and influencer marketing within an omnichannel ecosystem, with experience integrating efforts across internal and external teams.
- Highly attuned to pop culture and emerging industry trends, with a track record of successfully leveraging them for brand activations.
- A trusted client partner and thought leader, adept at navigating challenging conversations.
- Confident and articulate in client presentations, unafraid to speak up and contribute innovative ideas during brainstorms.
- A natural leader and collaborator who proactively manages both up and down to keep the account team aligned and moving forward.
- Passionate about mentorship, valuing both teaching and continuous learning to elevate team performance.
- Regularly engaged with social media platforms, with an expert-level understanding of TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Experience with affiliate marketing via platforms such as Impact, LTK and Levanta is not required but is considered a bonus.
What You’ll Do:
The Account Supervisor will lead and manage client accounts, ensuring strategic planning, client satisfaction, and team development. This role acts as a primary point of contact for larger retainer clients and oversees the execution of PR programs.
- Client Management: Fosters positive working relationship and client trust through ongoing, consistent strategic counsel. Acts as a sounding board for clients.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for earned media and influencer client needs across the agency's client portfolio.

- Project Management: Supports the Account Director and VP in development and oversight of new product launches, brand campaigns, and incremental initiatives. Tracks timelines, budgets, and resources. Responsible for quality control and timely delivery of work.
- Strategic Planning: Demonstrate understanding of clients business and PR Goals.
- Develop and implement PR strategies aligned with client goals.
- Collaborate across PR, paid media, social media and influencer teams to develop integrated marketing campaigns that drive engagement and brand visibility.
- Incorporate affiliate into pitching strategy and make recommendations to clients on the right platforms and how to leverage the right affiliate networks.
- Conduct research and analysis to inform strategic decisions.
- Present strategic recommendations to clients and internal teams.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor account team members. Delegate tasks and provide constructive feedback. Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Events / Activations: Leads virtual or live media and influencer events, creative media mailers, etc. Develops decks and leads client presentations.
- PR and Marketing Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
- Continuously monitor social and cultural trends, identifying new audience opportunities, emerging platform behaviors, and innovative content strategies to keep brands ahead of the curve.
Salary Band: $85,000 - $100,000
