Dishwasher
TOWA , a Kaiseki-inspired Japanese restaurant from HAND Hospitality, is seeking a Dishwasher to join our team. We are committed to helping you grow and reach your full potential within our organization.Responsibilities
- Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area and kitchen
- Assist with basic kitchen prep and support daily operations as needed
- Handle trash removal and support closing duties
- Ensure all kitchen areas meet restaurant cleaning and sanitation standards
- Perform additional duties as assigned
- Previous kitchen or dishwashing experience preferred (Japanese restaurant experience is a plus)
- Strong work ethic with attention to cleanliness and organization
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift 40+ pounds
