Job Description:
We are seeking a Print Services Technician to support daily print operations, inventory management, and vendor coordination in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience maintaining print devices, managing consumables, and supporting print and graphics workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain inventory of print consumables (toner, paper, staples, etc.) for multi-function and standalone printers
• Support and maintain Toshiba multi-function printers and related equipment
• Order and track print supplies and related commodities
• Assist with processing print and graphic arts invoices
• Coordinate with vendors and internal users to ensure timely completion and delivery of print jobs
• Process graphic arts orders and monitor workflow efficiency
• Utilize Microsoft Office tools for tracking, reporting, and documentation

Required Qualifications:

• 60 months of experience managing print consumables for multi-function and standalone printers
• 60 months of experience with Toshiba multi-function printers
• 36 months of experience using Microsoft Office Suite
• 36 months of experience ordering and tracking print-related supplies
• 36 months of experience processing print/graphic arts invoices
• 36 months of experience coordinating print/graphic arts orders with vendors and users
