Agile Delivery Lead

• Location: IN - Gurgaon

• Contractor

Role/Responsibilities

• Serve as Agile Delivery Lead and lead scrum teams on mid to large initiatives independently, interact with product, delivery, and business partners

• Should be able to manage multiple initiatives (at-least 2)

• Collaborate with product owner, technical leads and quality assurance leads to ensure effective communication and identify, track, and remove impediments impacting delivery.

• Support team commitments and delivery predictability

• Communicate project status, risks and issues to stakeholders.

• Collaborate throughout the duration of an implementation by reviewing and guiding on project artifacts, helping coordinate meetings with subject matter experts and testing new functionality.

• Provide demonstrations of and documentation for new features in the system/software.

• Transition all new technology solutions to the Production Operations and Support Teams.

• Actively participate in process improvement initiatives to enable operational efficiency.

Skills and Requirements

Qualifications

• 3-4 year college degree or equivalent work experience

• Good experience with at least 2 different roles working in SDLC (Dev, BA, QA, UI/UX, PO )

• 2+ years' experience as Project Manager or Scrum Master

• Expert knowledge of Agile Framework and Scrum and deep technical competence

• Demonstrated expertise of identifying and mitigating risks
