Christian Dior Trainee, Client Analytics
- Assist in managing and running reoccurring zone level client reports
- Collaborate with internal partners for additional reporting and list needs
- Create adHoc reporting dashboards, decks, and insights by using internal data platforms
- Support User Acceptance Tests (UATs) when implementing new tools
- Help with migrating reports from Excel to Business Intelligence (BI) Visualization Tools
- Assist with Client databases hygiene, report maintenance and accuracy
- Manage weekly client reallocation and merging projects using CRM tools
- Partner with the regional teams to ensure data accuracy across boutiques and client advisors' reports
- Responsible for updating the client data dictionary
- Strong analytical skills - ability to shift through very large datasets (have a high comfort level with client data)
- Strong project management and organization skills with the ability to follow-through and prioritize (able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines)
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Outstanding communication skills, verbal and written (strong interpersonal skills)
- Ability to make autonomous decisions in a timely manner
- At least 6 months of prior experience
- Full-time, 12-month program from June 2026 through July 2027
- Available to work M-F, 9-6pm, Friday work from home
- Strong communications skills, both verbal and written
- Strong analytic skills and desire to work with data sets/figures
- Background in luxury retail is preferred
- Proactive follow-through practices
- Strong time management skills and prioritization with the ability to work under specific timelines and fast-paced environments
- Must possess strong organizational skills and attention to accuracy
- Proficient analytical capabilities, must be able to learn new applications quickly
- Strong knowledge of all Microsoft Office programs (Excel is a must, Power BI, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus
