Affinity Home Care: Intake and Sales Specialist for High end Boutique Home Care
Location: Long Island
We are looking for a motivated Internal Sales Representative to support our sales efforts by building and maintaining strong relationships with clients. This role is ideal for someone who is personable, detail-oriented, and comfortable communicating with clients on a daily basis.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with existing and prospective clients via phone, email, and follow-ups
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Track client interactions and update internal systems accurately
- Sign up new clients
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
- Organized and able to manage multiple tasks
- Prior sales or customer-facing experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Maintain existing client relationships.
- Proactively identify new opportunities and provide compassionate and knowledgeable service to customers.
- Develop market strategies by researching lists of high-potential prospects.
- Perform administrative tasks as required.
- Must be willing to travel
- Must be computer savvy
