Job Summary:

We are looking for a midsenior Technical Data Business Analyst with strong SQL and SSIS, expertise to support migration of legacy SSIS ETL pipelines to Azure Data Factory ADF and Databricks The core of this role is to reverse engineer SSIS packages and SQL transformations and produce developerready mapping and functional specification documents so engineering teams can rebuild pipelines accurately in ADF Databricks.

Responsibilities:

Reverse engineer SSIS controldata flows SQL stored proceduresviews configs and dependencies
Create sourcetotarget mapping STTM docs with fieldlevel transformation logic and business rules
Translate existing logic into ADFDatabricks implementation guidance orchestration incremental loads error handling audit patterns
Document data lineage across Snowflakeon prem staging curated Databricks
Partner with stakeholders business actuaryclaims ops data engineering to validate business rules and define acceptance criteria
Define reconciliation checks and test plans to validate parity between SSIS and rebuilt pipeline.

Required Skills:

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $90000 - $95000

Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws.
