We are pursuing a talented and motivated Graphic Designer/Manager to join our team in Hopewell Junction, NY. As a key member of our marketing and administrative team, you will play a vital function in shaping our online presence and brand image. Graphic Designer / Manager Responsibilities:
Graphic Design:

»Utilize the Adobe suite to design labels, carriers, and other brand assets adhering to company brand guidelines.

»Collaborate with sales, product development, and compliance departments to ensure timely submission and approval of label designs.

»Create visually engaging graphics for social media and website using existing brand assets.

»Design branded apparel and merchandise consistent with the company's overall branding.

»Develop designs for a range of branded promotional goods in line with manufacturer guidelines.

»Ensure the quality of print for product art, merchandise, and other branded items.

»Generate monthly sales sheets for the sales team and update brand line sell sheet information as needed.

»Assist in creating various collateral materials for the sales team.
Social Media Management:

»Regularly post content on various social media platforms following the marketing plan and brand guidelines.

»Develop and maintain a social media calendar aligned with marketing initiatives and deadlines.

»Monitor and respond to social media comments, reviews, messages, inquiries, and check-ins on the website.

»Manage and update the company website with weekly releases and other significant information.

»Plan and execute online and social media advertising in coordination with marketing and sales priorities.

»Create and implement advertising campaigns and targeting located on the marketing plan and budget.

»Monitor campaign performance daily, ensuring goals are met.

»Prepare weekly reports on budget, targeting, and campaign efficacy for review.

Graphic Designer / Manager General Requirements:

»Proven practice as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills.

»Proficiency in using the Adobe suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) for graphic design tasks.

»Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with the marketing firm, administrative team, and sales department.

»Strong knowledge of branding principles and the capability to maintain brand consistency across various materials.

»Knowledge of website management and content update procedures.

Note: This is a full-time, direct-hire position located in Hopewell Junction, NY. Some weekend work may be required for events. income will be commensurate with practice, ranging from $22 to $25 per hour.
