Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Providing speech-language therapy services in a dynamic K-12 school setting in Syracuse, NY, this full-time, contract position offers an exciting opportunity for licensed SLP professionals to support a diverse student population. The assignment spans a full school year, with a maternity leave position available from September through December. This role includes itinerant service delivery with paid travel between schools.

Key Qualifications:

• Valid New York State SLP license required
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
• Experience in pediatrics and school-based therapy essential
• Familiarity with teletherapy is a plus, though this position does not currently offer virtual sessions
• Ability to work within a caseload model and manage administrative responsibilities
• Prior experience supervising clinical fellows not required at this time

Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech-language pathology services across K-12 grade levels
• Provide direct therapy in designated school settings with access to dedicated therapy spaces
• Attend and participate in team meetings, IEP development, and administrative duties during paid indirect hours
• Collaborate with school staff and families to support student communication goals
• Maintain accurate documentation compliant with district and regulatory standards
