What you will be doing:

• Responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the FISERV DNA Core platform. Primary contact for managing the day-to-day FISERV relationship while leading the weekly operational and relationship meetings..
• Design and enhance the Enterprise Core System through upgrades, conversions, automation and process improvements. Responsible for all patches, hot fixes, version upgrades, development and execution of utilities to enhance the efficiency of the system. Maintain comprehensive documentation related to system configurations, processes and procedures. Provide training and support documentation for end users and technical staff. t.
• Analyze, Design, develop and implement Custom solutions to complement the vendor product (DNA) Support projects of the app development team developing new ETL processes, automation workflows, database applications, system integration and other solutions..
• Facilitate business requirements gathering, system analysis, development of use cases, user stories, functional and technical data mapping, system flows and technical specifications for third party integration programs and projects.
• Work with the Development team to standardize the Application Development environment for creating API's, Microservices and other Programming Products by using modern and efficient Open source technologies like Python, ReactJS and RestfulAPI's.
• Steer the existing Core Application Support Team to focus more on developing new value-added applications while continuing to support the existing maintenance role.
• Support the business Operations unit's request for custom reports as well as enhancements to the existing reports using the vendor's CRM BI and Integrator Advance Products as well as raw SQL.

What we need from you:

• College degree preferred, or a minimum of 5 years of banking industry experience in the management of enterprise core systems and its integrated platforms.
• Ability to lead a team and work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Experience working with a variety of financial systems and platforms such as Core Banking, Payment Services, Wire systems, ACH, Online and Mobile Banking, Cards, Consumer and Commercial lending LOS, Fraud as well as integration experience with Fintech providers.
• Database management familiarity.
• Experience with API Management platforms helpful.
• Experience in data conversion, analysis, mapping and migration is helpful.
• Willing to work flexible hours when required, willing to travel, if necessary, for educational and disaster recovery purposes.
• Estimated salary range for this position $113,000 $142,000
