Position Overview:
We are looking for a talented and driven Line Cook to join our culinary team. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their craft, thrives in a fast-paced, upscale kitchen, and is committed to consistency, precision, and excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Execute dishes with consistency, accuracy, and attention to detail in line with Catch NYC standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked station throughout service
• Prepare ingredients and components with a focus on quality and efficiency
• Uphold all food safety, sanitation, and kitchen safety standards
• Work collaboratively with the culinary team to ensure a seamless service
• Stay composed and focused in a high-volume, high-energy environment
• Contribute to a positive and professional kitchen culture

Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of experience in a high-volume or upscale kitchen preferred
• Strong understanding of cooking fundamentals and kitchen operations
• A genuine passion for hospitality and culinary excellence
• Ability to multitask and perform under pressure without compromising quality
• Professional, reliable, and team-oriented mindset
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
