Each member’s care is led by a dedicated Chief Medical Officer who collaborates on your behalf with specialists in cardiology, neurology, pediatrics, gynecology, endocrinology, performance and movement, and more. Our exceptional clinicians also work closely with the 60+ members of the Atria Academy of Science & Medicine, top experts in their respective fields who are available for rapid consults, support, and referrals.

Role Overview

Atria Health is seeking an experienced and visionary Senior Product Manager to lead the evolution of our Member Experience. In this pivotal role, you will own the end-to-end product strategy, roadmap, and execution for digital touchpoints that define how our Members interact with Atria Health. You will be instrumental in translating complex health data and personalized care into intuitive, engaging, and impactful digital experiences. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of consumer behavior in health tech and a proven track record of launching successful products that foster engagement and drive health outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Strategy & Vision: Define and articulate a compelling product vision and strategy for the Atria Health member experience, aligning with company goals and market opportunities.
  • Roadmap Development: Develop, prioritize, and manage the product roadmap for member-facing features, considering business objectives, member needs, technical feasibility, and competitive landscape.
  • User Research & Insights: Conduct member research (qualitative and quantitative), analyze data, and synthesize insights to deeply understand member needs, pain points, and desires. Translate these into actionable product requirements.
  • Feature Definition & Prioritization: Write detailed product specifications, member stories, and acceptance criteria. Work closely with engineering and design teams to ensure clear understanding and efficient execution.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner closely with engineering, design, clinical, operations, and membership teams throughout the product lifecycle to deliver exceptional experiences.
  • Performance Monitoring & Optimization: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for the member experience, monitor product performance, analyze results, and iterate based on data-driven insights.
  • Market & Competitive Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings in the health tech and consumer wellness space to identify opportunities for innovation.
  • Stakeholder Management: Effectively communicate product plans, progress, and outcomes to all stakeholders, from executive leadership to individual contributors.
  • 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years specifically focused on consumer-facing digital products within the health tech, wellness, or personalized health space (e.g., experience at companies like Whoop, Oura, Fitbit, Apple Health, Peloton Digital, etc.).
  • Demonstrated success in defining, launching, and iterating on highly engaging and impactful consumer products.
  • Deep empathy for member needs and a strong commitment to building intuitive, delightful, and personalized experiences.
  • Proficiency in agile product development methodologies and experience working in fast-paced, iterative environments.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-informed product decisions.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, capable of influencing diverse audiences.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams without direct authority.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred(e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Design)

Reporting & Work Arrangement

This role reports to the VP of Product & Engineering. This is a hybrid role based in New York City, with 3 days/week in the office (Tuesday - Thursday).
