We are seeking aPediatric Endocrinologist for a faculty position in our pediatric endocrinology division!

Successful applicants will be energetic BE/BC pediatric endocrinologists interested in providing care to children with endocrine disorders and diabetes. Applicants should have a strong interest in diabetes care and multidisciplinary collaboration. This is an excellent opportunity for a clinician-educator to advance their career within an academic medical center.

Key responsibilities include:

• providing expert evidence-based outpatient and inpatient clinical care forpediatric endocrinologypatients
• collaborating with the endocrine team which consists of clinic nurses diabetes educators dietitians social workers and other healthcare professionals to build a multidisciplinary diabetes program
• participate in educational initiatives for medical students residents and fellows inpediatric endocrinology.

Our present team includes 8 faculty 3 fellows 2 APPs who specialize in pediatric endocrinology and nurses as well as a dedicated social worker and nutritionist.

• Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathy degree from an accredited program.
• Successful completion of a 3-year Pediatric ACGME-approved residency program and a 3-year Pediatric ACGME-approved fellowship program.
• New York State Medical License (or eligible).
• Board eligible or certified in Pediatric Endocrinology.
• Meet eligibility requirements for an appointment to the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai.
• Experience with diabetes technology.

Compensation range from 180K to 215K (not including bonuses / incentive compensation or benefits)
