Remote Customer Support - Travel Industry
Axiora SJ is seeking motivated, service-oriented individuals to join our team as Travel Advisors. This is a remote opportunity designed for professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional client experiences and are looking for flexibility while building a career in the travel industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in planning and booking travel arrangements, including accommodations, vacation packages, and related services
- Provide personalized recommendations based on client preferences, needs, and budget
- Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via phone, email, and messaging platforms
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
- Stay informed on travel trends, destinations, and supplier offerings
