Full-Cycle Sales Executive (Tax Credits & Incentives)

About the Role

We are seeking a high-performing Full-Cycle Sales Executive to join into our partner growing team.

This role focuses on helping mid-market companies identify, qualify for, and monetize a range of tax incentives, including R&D tax credits, energy incentives, and other federal and state programs.

You will work directly with CFOs, founders, and finance leaders, managing the full sales cycle from prospecting through closing in a consultative sales environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
• Build and manage a pipeline of mid-market clients
• Engage directly with senior decision-makers, including CFOs and founders
• Identify opportunities for clients to reduce tax liability and improve cash flow
• Educate clients on available tax incentives and funding programs
• Collaborate with internal tax and technical teams for solution delivery
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets

Requirements

• 3+ years of B2B sales experience
• Experience in tax, financial services, or a related industry preferred
• Proven track record of closing deals and achieving sales targets
• Experience managing full sales cycles
• Strong communication and consultative selling skills
• Ability to explain financial concepts in a clear and effective way
• Experience working with senior-level stakeholders
