The Opportunity | Part-time & Full-time

This October, we are opening our first New York boutique store at Roosevelt Field Mall. We are seeking a refined and dynamic Associate Store Manager to lead this debut.

This is a rare opportunity to help define how clients experience Ravella in person and shape the foundation of our in-store culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all facets of the store—sales, service, visual storytelling, and culture
• Recruit, train, and inspire a team of exceptional stylists and associates
• Deliver a personalized client experience rooted in luxury styling and clienteling
• Build a loyal client community and foster long-term relationships
• Oversee visual presentation, inventory accuracy, and operational excellence
• Act as a true brand ambassador, embodying Ravella’s refined aesthetic and values
• Partner with headquarters on product launches, client activations, and special events

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience managing a luxury fashion or premium lifestyle store
• Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales goals while delivering world-class service
• Deep knowledge of clienteling and high-touch client experience
• Passionate about style, design, and creating beautiful client journeys
• Skilled at building and inspiring high-performing teams
• Entrepreneurial, detail-oriented, problem-solving oriented and driven to exceed expectations
• Tech-savvy
• Excellent verbal & written communication, leadership, and decision-making skills
• Physically able to be on your feet for shift durations and lift up to 20 lbs

Schedule

Part-time (20-30 hours/week) & Full-time (40–50 hours/week) opportunities available.
Availability for weekends, holidays, and extended retail hours during peak seasons is required Flexible and adaptable — comfortable working evenings, weekends, and select holidays as needed to help the team and store meet and exceed expectations.
