$117,359 average yearly minimum

• Recruit, interview, and hire qualified financial professionals
• Hire, coach, train, and develop your current team of advisors
• Build your own team
• Create and maintain a team culture
• Continually grow and develop as a leader
• Employ a comprehensive array of financial products and services, including life insurance, fixed and variable annuities, and mutual funds, when presenting clients with solutions
• Develop a personalized, long-term strategy and gain hands-on experience while assisting clients in identifying and achieving their financial goals
• Create meaningful long-term relationships with clients
• Option to specialize services and cater to your ideal client: wealth planning, estate planning, retirement planning, etc.

Must have one of the following:

• Hold a variety of FINRA licenses
• Executive or management experience
• Business-minded background or previously owned a business
• MBA or equivalent master's degree
• Previous insurance industry experience
• Spanish, Portuguese, or other language fluency is helpful
• Working knowledge of cultural markets
• Experience working in sales
• Experience leading a diverse team
