We are seeking a dedicated Team Member to join the vibrant Juici Patties family, a symbol of authentic Jamaican culinary delight. From Jukie Chin's first batch of patties in 1978 to our current global presence, Juici Patties has been a testament to the power of family, tradition, and exceptional food. Our journey from a small family kitchen to being available in over 360 locations worldwide, including the Caribbean, Canada, and the United Kingdom, is a story of passion, innovation, and commitment. We celebrated our 40th anniversary in 2018 and continue to expand, sharing our love for authentic Jamaican cuisine.

Our Brooklyn, New York franchise seeks a dynamic and versatile Team Member to embrace multiple roles, including cashier, baker, server, and utility. This position offers you the opportunity to be a part of a rich legacy that has since blossomed into an international phenomenon with a passionate team of 1400+ employees.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer service, embodying the warmth and hospitality of our Jamaican roots.
• Efficiently manage cash transactions and maintain a balanced cash drawer.
• Bake and prepare a variety of patties and other menu items, staying true to our traditional recipes and quality standards.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dining, kitchen, and utility areas.
• Uphold our commitment to quality, freshness, and food safety.
• Assist in inventory management and replenishing supplies as needed.
• Flexibly move between various roles as per operational requirements.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional customer service

Qualifications:

• A high school diploma or equivalent, as well as prior experience in the food service industry, is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
• Physical stamina to handle extended periods of standing and lifting up to 25 pounds.
• Familiarity with Toast POS system is a plus.
