Social Media Content Lead/Digital Advertiser
OVERVIEW:
We're seeking an experienced digital marketer to bridge the strategy and execution of multimedia marketing efforts for our roster of purpose-driven clients. You will work closely with our CEO/Creative Director to develop comprehensive content strategies, then lead their implementation across every medium—from social campaigns that raise funds for nonprofits to email sequences that drive action. This role combines hands-on content creation with strategic client management and campaign oversight.
ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Primary Responsibilities (70% of role):
- Paid Social Media: Develop and execute lead generation, donation, and engagement campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, and Google (Ad Grants & YouTube Ads)
- Organic Social Media: Develop and execute organic social media strategies that complement paid campaigns across multiple social platforms
- Email Marketing: Develop copy and overall implementation of welcome sequences, nurture campaigns, newsletters, and promotional emails
- Copywriting: Write compelling short and long-form content across multiple mediums, including donation campaign narratives, landing pages, website copy, lead magnets, etc.
- Campaign Integration: Collaborate with the design team and supporting staff to co-create all elements of the campaign and ensure consistency with implementation across all touchpoints
Client Success & Account Management (15% of role):
- Serve as primary client contact for designated accounts
- Create comprehensive performance reports and strategic recommendations
- Manage complex, integrated campaigns spanning multiple platforms and mediums
- Lead client progress calls, creative presentations, and campaign reviews for managed client accounts
- Create and monitor client reports and performance dashboards
- Manage project timelines and deliverables across multiple campaigns
Agency Support (15% of role):
- Support FMN Creative's internal marketing initiatives
- Mentor junior team members as the team grows
- Stay current on platform trends and algorithm updates
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 3+ years of agency social media experience managing multiple accounts
- 2+ years Facebook/Meta advertising experience with demonstrated results
- Expert copywriting skills across multiple mediums and brand voices
- Proven experience managing 3+ clients simultaneously
- Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager & Business Suite
- Proficiency in LinkedIn Ads
- Demonstrated experience with Google Ads (Google Ad Grants preferred)
- Demonstrated account management and client communication skills
- Home office setup with a reliable internet connection
- U.S.-based, EST timezone required
- Preference given to candidates based in Central New York

POSITION DETAILS:
- Type: Part-time to start (15-20 hrs/weekly minimum), with growth opportunity to full-time
- Location: Hybrid (Central New York area preferred)
- Reports to: CEO/Creative Director
