Financial Reporting Analyst

We are looking for a Financial Reporting Analyst to join our Corporate FP&A team in New York. This position plays a critical role in supporting financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and analysis across Fox Corporation’s business units. This individual will help manage executive-facing presentations and manage a variety of ad hoc financial analysis projects.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in preparing and delivering monthly and quarterly financial reporting packages for executive leadership
- Assist in preparing monthly forecast updates and annual budget submissions across the enterprise
- Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to consolidate data from multiple business units
- Maintain slide animations, update content, manage pagination/indexing, and roll forward materials
- Identify opportunities to streamline reporting processes and improve data accuracy
As a member of the Financial Planning & Analysis Corporate Finance Team, additional responsibilities of the Financial Reporting Analyst will include the following related to Cash Flow and PL reporting:
- Assist in the preparation of weekly reports for senior management
- Aid in the review and analysis of financials during the monthly forecasting and annual budgeting and long-range planning processes
- Provide analysis and support on an ad hoc basis
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
- BS/BA in Business, Technology, or related discipline
- 0-1 years of experience in corporate environment
- High attention to detail and organization with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Quick learner with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and similar software packages
