New York, NY, USLocation: Fri, Sep 12 '25Posted On $120,000 - $150,000 annually Pay: Senior Project Manager Alloy Development is currently seeking a Senior Project Manager with 10+ years of experience in design, execution & management for a private residence in Florida for a principal of the firm. Applicants must demonstrate strong design & communication skills along with an ability to coordinate all aspects of a project through the design & construction process. The applicant must be task/goal oriented and capable of operating independently to achieve time sensitive tasks daily. This employee will participate with the directors and principals of the company on a regular basis. Skill And Experience- 10+ years professional experience
- Florida building code (or Miami Dade equivalent) is highly recommended
- Revit experience is required
- Extensive rhino experience required
- Strong project management, design & coordination skills
- Experience with large custom homes is required
- Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in project production
- $120,000-$150,000 per year
